Claims and Returns:
Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% rehandling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 5 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.
Because we offer such low prices, our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our home office.
Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Shortages must be reported in writing within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Terms of Sale:
All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.
Sales tax of 8.75% is charged only for orders shipping to California.
If stock is not available, we usually cancel the order and ask the customer to reorder once the item is back in stock.
Order Processing Time:
We do our best to have all orders processed and shipped out within one business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. The order processing time is included in our shipping options that are shown to you during checkout.
